Every great dish starts with great prep. 🌿🧄
Today in the kitchen, our students prepped shallots, fresh thyme, chives, tarragon, clarified butter, minced garlic, walnuts and olive oil. Every ingredient measured, prepped and ready to go before a single flame was lit.
Mise en place isn’t just a technique... it’s a mindset. Our students learned that today, and something delicious came out of it.
