Rooted Relationships is a two-day hands-on workshop happening June 15–16 in Medford. Built around Positive Discipline, it gives educators practical, ready-to-use tools for building the kind of classroom and school environments where students feel genuinely engaged and valued.

Across 13 districts in Southern Oregon, something quietly remarkable keeps happening.

This Friday, early childhood educators from across Southern Oregon gather for the first session of Rooted Beginnings — Comienzos Enraizados — and there's still time to join them!

Designed specifically for early childhood educators, childcare providers, preschool teachers, K-3 staff, and administrators, this free multi-session experience covers brain science, trauma-responsive practice, social-emotional learning, and building classroom environments where every young child feels like they belong.

And it's offered in both English and Spanish! Because every educator in Southern Oregon deserves access to professional learning in the language they're most comfortable in.
