The goal of Active Minds is to change the conversation about mental health. We serve as a student run mental health advocacy group.

The purpose of Active Minds is to serve as a student run advocacy group for mental health. We serve to reduce the stigma associated with mental health problems through various means including personal statements from students and information about mental health problems. We wish to create an open conversation about mental health and a better understanding of its importance.

"Getting help was the best decision and actually saved my life. After silently battling an eating disorder for 8 years, I am now proud to say I am in recovery and the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. Eating disorders have no size or look and recovery is possible and so worth it. Thank you to everyone who helped inspire me along the way. Much love to you all." We're so proud of you, Abby!

We'll call this our : Kaninhoppning is rabbit show jumping, and it is very popular in Scandinavian countries as well as England and the US. Not only do the rabbits enjoy the competition, they have actually been shown to live twice as long as the regular, less-active domestic rabbit. Plus, it's completely adorable!
