Look at this cozy, beautiful space where I get to teach my new LIVESTREAM HULA HOOPING CLASS. Join me Thursdays at 5:30pm from the comfort of your home for a fun hoop workout. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions. This is an all level bilingual class (spanish and English) so no experience is necessary. The only thing you need is a hula hoop. I can make the perfect hoop for you or help you find the right one.

This was the last outdoor class a couple weeks ago. #hulahooping is for everyone no matter the age, gender or size. It's all about finding the right #hulahoop for you and the right #tunes to get in the groove helps a lot. It is also a great family activity, look at my little boy and hubby dancing and playing! Thanks to all my friends that came to the Free outdoor classes I offered this fall. It was sooo much fun! Hey ya McMinnville peeps! TOMORROW Saturday June 8th at noon I'll be at the city park with my hula hoops and my music for anybody that wants to join my weekly . The purpose of this activity is for me to share the hula hoop love with anybody that wants to learn, keep learning, practice or just play with this awesome instrument. This is a opportunity FOR YOU if you have ever wonder how to do it! I'll be happy to teach who ever comes, it is not as hard as it seems. Hope to see you there✌💫 bring your babies, partners or just yourself. You can find me at the open space in front of the parking area for the tennis/ pickleball courts & playground in the far end of the park or send me a message if you don't know how to get there 😎 PS. Hello Hooper's👐 I wanted to share some pictures from our latest hula hooping workshop here in McMinnville Oregon at boho yoga studio.

I had such a great time with this Ladies at this beginners class and I learned so much! we all got some new skills and moves that day💃🤙💫

Check me out teaching with a 8+month pregnant belly 😅 proof that hooping is for everyone. Of course, listen to your body and be sure that you are healthy and do it safely if you are pregnant.
