Good luck to the MHS Symphonic Choir as they compete at State this weekend!

Tonight was the last night of concert week. Duniway and Patton bands joined the MHS bands for a night of music. It was great to see so many students so excited to be playing music together. Thank you Mr. Barton, Mr. Dana, and Ms. Tanksley for helping share the love of music with our students.

Tonight the Symphonic and concert choirs, along with the Silvertones showed off their talents. Thank you Mrs. Jones for helping them soar!

It's Concert Week at McMinnville High School! Come and see the amazing talent that we have in our community.

Tuesday, March 19th - Jazz Concert (Jazz Band, Twilighters, and Sterling Jazz choir) - 7pm in the MHS auditorium
Wednesday, March 20th - Traditional choir concert - 6pm in the MHS auditorium
Thursday, March 21st - Bandapalooza (MHS Concert and Symphonic bands, bands from Duniway and Patton) - 7pm in the MHS gym.

The MHS Jazz band will be opening for Bart & Clark of Hit Machine on Wednesday March 6th at the First Baptist Church in McMinnville. The Jazz Band will be performing from 7:30pm - 7:50pm. This concert was previously cancelled due to the snow and ice in January. The show costs $20 for general admission, $15 for seniors, and $13 for students.

We really appreciate all of the choir robes that were sponsored at Swingin’ on a Star, but there are still more to go. If you would like to contribute to this fundraiser, there is still time. The MHS Symphonic Choir would appreciate anything you can give.
