🌟🌟🌟🌟 WE HAVE SOMETHING BIG TO CELEBRATE! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
We are incredibly proud and excited to announce that Cooper ISD Learning Center is officially a FOUR-STAR Texas Rising Star certified program! 🎉❤️🩶
This is a HUGE accomplishment for our center, and one that reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our entire staff to providing the highest quality care and learning experiences for our children.
⭐ What does FOUR-STAR Texas Rising Star mean?
Texas Rising Star is a quality rating and improvement program through the Texas Workforce Commission that recognizes child care programs that go above and beyond the state’s minimum Child Care Regulation standards.
Our Four-Star certification reflects quality in four important areas:
👩🏫 Director & Staff Qualifications and Training
Our educators’ education, experience, professional development, and ongoing training are evaluated.
❤️ Teacher-Child Interactions
The quality of the relationships and interactions between teachers and children is evaluated, including responsive teaching, language development, play-based learning, guidance, and support for children’s development.
📚 Program Administration & Family Involvement
The program’s management, family communication, family education, and opportunities for families to be involved are considered.
🏫 Indoor & Outdoor Learning Environments
Classrooms and outdoor spaces are evaluated for the quality, arrangement, materials, equipment, and learning opportunities they provide children.
A Four-Star rating represents an average score of at least 80% of the total possible points under the Texas Rising Star scoring system. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 (Texas Child Care Connection)
Most importantly, this achievement represents our commitment to your children. We want every child who walks through our doors to feel loved, supported, safe, challenged, and excited to learn.
To our amazing teachers and staff — THANK YOU! Your hard work makes this possible every single day. ❤️
To our families — THANK YOU for trusting us with your most precious gifts. We are honored to partner with you as your children learn and grow.
And to our Cooper ISD Learning Center family — WE DID IT! 🎉
🌟 FOUR STARS — AND WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED! 🌟
