Tonight was an empowering and educational experience as I attended a Childcare Regulations event. As a director and owner, it’s my responsibility to not only meet minimum standards—but to lead with excellence, structure, and purpose.
I gained valuable insight on strengthening our foundation, staying compliant, and continuing to build a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for every child in our care. Growth never stops, and neither does my commitment to leading my team with knowledge, integrity, and vision.
