Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) Fall 2015

ELA is a FREE Leadership Development program for Pierce College Fort Steilacoom students. ELA explores leadership through examining Person & Character development, Servant Leadership, and Service Learning. ELA includes a combination interactive of 1 hour workshops (see calendar for details) and an Intensive such as a service project or retreat weekend.

Katee Keen │Resident Manager, International Education

Summary – This workshop emphasize on “Civic”. Students were asked to go outside of class to collect ideas. By asking students stand up if they view themselves as leaders, Katee encourages all students stand up. Students divided by groups and created their own “APP” for improvement of school.
