Super proud of these 4 young ladies. It’s been a long 4 days but they have competed at the Glen Rose Dairy Cattle Judging contest yesterday and today they competed at the Tarleton State University Dairy Cattle Judging contest.
If would like to add on to any student for their efforts at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock show here is the link. Just need to know the name of the student. You can search by their name.
Today was the last time most of the McHi FFA seniors will show at RGVLS. It’s bitter sweet. It’s unfortunate but all good things must end. To my seniors you all will be missed. Each of you brought strengths to the program and working together you all made it better. To my incoming freshman, current freshman, sophomores and juniors you have some big shoes to fill and while it won’t be easy I know you can fill them and continue to make the program better.
Congratulations to everyone your hard work and dedication has paid off and you have learned some hard lessons. Not everything in life will work out the way we have it planed. We have to roll with the punches and keep going. If we get knocked down we get back up and keep going. Good luck seniors as you start your new adventure soon and as always all you have to do is send an email text or call if you have questions.
Now that the Covergirl review is over and we've had some sleep, I want to congratulate these four ladies for their hard work in preparing for the event. Each of them did an amazing job.
