Things got udderly awesome in Ms. Porter’s ag classes this week! Our Ag 2 & 3 students dove into the world of animal reproduction!! 🐮🐷🐑💉🔬

They dissected real mammalian female reproductive tracts and were able to identify each part like pros. From the o***y all the way to the point of birth, they followed the full journey of an egg and gained a brand new perspective on just how amazing the reproductive process really is! 🧠🦠👩‍⚕️

But that’s not all—students also got to compare the reproductive tracts of cows, sows, and ewes (oh my!) 🐄🐖🐏, discovering how each species is uniquely designed to support life. It was o***y-whelmingly cool to see anatomy in action and truly understand how reproduction works beyond the textbook! 📚✨

This hands-on lab helped turn future vets, ranchers, and ag scientists into confident learners ready to take on the world—one egg at a time. 🥚🌎💪

Who says science can’t be egg-citing? 🥳🔍

🌟 Introducing Clark Couthren, our incredible 2024-2025 Mayer FFA Chapter Sentinel! 🌾

Clark is a dedicated leader who brings enthusiasm and teamwork to our chapter. Here’s a little more about him and what makes him such a great part of our team:

1️⃣ Favorite FFA Memory: “The trip to Indiana was an unforgettable experience! I had the chance to connect with other members, explore new opportunities, and make memories that will last a lifetime.”

2️⃣ How FFA Has Helped Him Grow: “Before FFA, I wasn’t always willing to work with others. Being part of this organization has helped me step out of my comfort zone, develop teamwork skills, and grow as a leader.”

3️⃣ His FFA Experience in Three Words: Fun. Engaging. Inspiring.

We’re so lucky to have Clark as part of our officer team this year. Thank you for your dedication and leadership, Clark! 💙💛
