Congratulations to our sparring team members who competed this past weekend at the AAU National Team Trials in Des Moines, Iowa!

Proud to announce that our athletes went 5 for 5 and earned their spots on the AAU National Team.

Senior team:

Junior team:
Ava - 68kg🥇

Cadet team:
Sebastian - 45kg🥇
Samantha - 37kg🥇

These athletes will represent AAU on the international stage later this year.

Masters Sean and Brandon, along with Grandmaster Justin, are ready to represent and compete at the 2026 CAC Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We wish them the very best as they take the stage and showcase their hard work, dedication, and martial arts excellence. Good luck to our team!

Our first three weeks of Summer Camp have been a tremendous success! We’ve had an incredible time filled with fun, learning and exciting martial arts activities.
