For clinicians it’s an opportunity to learn a framework you can bring into preparation, medicine sessions, and integration with Mom clients.

And because we believe that clinicians should have the opportunity to experience the framework themselves, the Labs also invite you to get curious about your own system of Mom Parts.

Jessica Sorci and I aim to make every Mom Parts KAP Lab feel like self-care: enriching, meaningful, and restorative.

Maternal legacy includes the beliefs, strengths, wounds, expectations, roles, and ways of loving that move through a maternal line.

Just like us, our mothers had protective systems. So did their mothers. Maternal legacy work does not require excusing harm. Understanding can help us reflect:

What did this response learn to protect?

What did it make possible—and what has it cost?

What do I want to keep, and what no longer needs to continue through me?

1. A Mom Parts Experiential designed for mothers
2. A practitioner-focused Mom Parts KAP training or experiential learning event

We’re gathering interest before finalizing the format and dates. If either offering speaks to you, or if you know moms or practitioners who may be interested, we would love for you to complete or share this brief form.

I’ve been reflecting a lot about my own postpartum journey and how learning the Mom Parts Method from Jessica Tomich Sorci has completely changed the way I understand myself and my experience.
