Happy Sunday Folks!

Here are the last few dates for free family yoga at the Melrose Farmers' Market. I can’t believe farmers market season is almost over.

Thursday, September 19th 3-4pm
Thursday, October 10 3-4pm
Thursday, October 24 3-4pm

Also, adult classes in my yard will continue on Mondays, 6-7pm, for as long as the sunset and weather allows.

I'm making cucumber lemon water and the yoga swing will be up for anyone who wants to try it after class.
