First team meeting in the books. 🎟️

Each of our girls was given a ticket. An invitation to be a part of the beginning of ETBU Flag Football and an opportunity to help build something that has never existed here before.

We talked about what it truly means to be given that invitation and opportunity, and the questions we asked them were simple: Will you board the train? Will you buy into the culture, the process, and the mission? Will you choose to be a part of something bigger than yourself?

Being given a ticket doesn’t guarantee the journey will be easy, and it doesn’t tell you exactly what the destination will look like. It simply gives you the opportunity to say yes. To get on board, trust the process, and see where this journey can take us.

Chill on the Hill + first-day fun! 🐯💙

A huge shoutout to ETBU Softball for partnering with us and being “big sisters” to our girls, helping them find their classes, showing them around campus, and making their first day a little easier! So thankful for the way our Tiger family takes care of each other! 🫶🏼
