Returned to my alma mater, Westminster Choir College of Rider University to present my Singer’s Toolkit Workshop for Robin Massie’s voice studio! The students were incredibly talented, inquisitive, and eager to learn! I love presenting workshops!

You weren’t born judging your voice.
That’s something most of us learned from teachers, training, comparing ourselves to others, or just trying to “sound good.”
But constant judging can actually limit our artistry.
Explore interrupting your judgements and instead just notice what your voice did. Observe and adjust.
Give it a try. 💛

What does smell have to do with singing? 🤯
Scent can influence your nervous system, ease your performance anxiety, and improve your vocal coordination more than most singers realize!
Because your sense of smell connects directly to the brain’s emotional and memory centers, it can act as a priming signal that helps your brain organize movement more efficiently.
For singers, that can mean:
✨ less tension
✨ more ease
✨ clearer, more coordinated sound
This is just one way we can use sensory input to support better singing!
Follow for more tips that connect your mind + body + voice 💛

These words from my college voice professor have stayed with me for almost 20 years. Every breath is a fresh start—an opportunity to reset, release, and move forward.
If a performance isn’t going your way, if tension creeps in, if doubt takes hold—pause. Breathe. The next moment is yours to reclaim.
