Always good to twin with students. 🤣 fortunately we are both healing quickly.

It's official. This year we will have a studio recital at First Church in Marlborough May 8th starting at 2pm. 🎵

Hope everyone enjoyed the snow this weekend! Just to let everyone know, particularly newer students, the studio is all shoveled out including the front 2 parking spaces.

Substitute teacher made an appearance again this week and she is not messing around.

Did my part today to protect myself, my family, and my students.

Got word tonight that the public schools in the area are going fully remote for the foreseeable future. I feel that at this point in-person lessons meet guidelines to stay in-person. Students have been great about wearing masks, washing hands, and picking the remote option if they have any symptoms. I clean in-between each family of students and do a deeper clean every week. Remote lessons are always available and some families are enjoying the flexibility of in-person one week and virtual the next. I am going to keep things as is until circumstances change.

New teacher today...I think she did well.

First in-person lesson today. Both student and I agreed: it was weird to be in person after so long virtual, but great to see each other and that the lesson time went by so quickly. Looking forward to seeing more of you this week and next! Remember virtual lesson are always a safe alternative. I enjoy them just as much!
