From the classrooms of Madison Shannon Palmer High School to the research laboratories of Vanderbilt University Medical Center!
We are extremely proud to recognize MSPHS senior Precious McGee for her outstanding accomplishment and participation in the 2026 Aspirnaut Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee!
Through this incredible opportunity, Precious gained valuable exposure to the world of medical research, working in a laboratory environment alongside researchers and medical professionals. This experience allowed her to explore the field of biomedical science, gain insight into scientific research, and discover the many possibilities available in healthcare and medicine.
What makes this accomplishment even more special is seeing Precious recognized as a Trainee Alumna and featured for her participation in the program!
Opportunities like this remind us that greatness can come from small towns and rural communities. Our students are capable of competing, learning, and excelling in some of the most prestigious institutions in the country when given the opportunity.
