I am looking for 3 young people (ages 12–17) who:
🎹 Want to learn keys
🎵 Are willing to listen and grow
🙏 Understand that church musicianship is ministry
🗓 Can commit to sitting in on Sundays and Thursdays to learn
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being present.
It’s about being mentored.
This is not a paid position.
I will be teaching these three students pro bono because I believe in pouring into the next generation.
My goal is to train them to the level where they can:
• Play with excellence when I am away
• Confidently handle a full service
• Potentially serve in their own church
• Or serve here as needed
This is about building skill, discipline, sensitivity, and spiritual maturity.
If you have a child who is serious about learning and being trained the right way, message me.
Let’s build the next generation.

Erica Hearne- Person I saw your post about the Grammy Award Show and you were definitely correct...

Here is my little bit on it...

The tribute at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards had a beautiful concept, but it felt rushed, as if there wasn’t enough time to truly develop each part. As a voice coach, I believe there’s a difference between being able to sing and actually knowing how to sing.
Out of all the vocalists, I especially enjoyed October London and the ending with Lauryn Hill. Even in those moments, though, there were things that made me curious — was the key changed? If so, why was that decision made? And were the singers able to properly hear the band?
Sometimes it’s not just about talent, but about musical direction, preparation, and technical support coming together.
The emotion was There...
*****
Over the years, having to sing, play, and lead praise and worship every Sunday, I’ve learned that there are so many elements that go into being vocally prepared for a live audience — whether that’s in the house, on Facebook, on social media, or over the airwaves.
The sound we hear in the room is often very different from what people hear online or on television. Even with large productions like the Grammy shows, what we receive at home is only a portion of the full production experience. The audience in the building hears something completely different from what comes through the broadcast mix.
Because of that, I’ve learned to have grace for singers. How someone sounds to me on my screen doesn’t always reflect how they’re actually sounding in the room. There are so many technical and production factors at play.
And I’d also add this — you can prepare, you can be ready, you can practice, and still have a bad moment and completely mess a song up. It happens.
I HAD SOME REALLY EMBARESSING MONENTS ON THAT ORGAN, AND KEYBOARD...
MY GUY Pnut Raphael Franklin be on me immediately.... lolololol yall just don't know...
Sometimes we’re only hearing a piece of the puzzle, not the full picture.

Business grows when the heart is aligned.

As I build NTooNZ, The Sound House, and every creative vision God has given me,
I’m also creating space in my personal life for the right partnerships.
That means stepping back from relationships that no longer align so I can move forward with clarity, creativity, and peace.

I believe God is preparing the people, the resources, and the relationships
that will help this vision flourish — personally and professionally.

When God leads, I follow.
And when I follow, everything aligns.
