Bill Drills are just hilariously easy to shoot consistently in under 1.8s with this new draw technique. Im really hoping to have a .5 draw by the end of this month. It is really hard to be totally relaxed and move on the beep without jumping the gun while making sure I'm not tensing up. But if you can stay relaxed and move efficiently, 2 seconds to draw and fire 6 shots from 7 or 10 yards just feels like an eternity and achieving a fist size group is really no longer hard at all.

Im not somebody who pretends to know everything. But I sure will give a shout out when somebody teaches me a thing or two. After all, you can and will never get better if you dont look into what the top people are doing and have an open mind. A great guy, and one of the worlds top GMs - Tyler Meisenheimer - answered some questions and posted a great video at my request on getting my draw down another .10-.15 of a second faster and i still think ive got some more to shave off. But a couple hours today and im rocking it already. Pretty pumped! Oh yea.. that's the old faithful g***k back in the saddle again. 🤘

Yea... its AI but its still pretty cool. Happy Saturday. Hope everybody's week has been good!

As we move into the fall weather classes are winding down but right now is a great time to get private classes scheduled for next year before I schedule class dates for ccw and advanced training.

Message me if you are interested! And as always I look forward to meeting you!

Great 200 round training day. A mini popper the size of my handgun at 25 yards is no joke. And not a forgiving target to transition on. Sight needs to be stopped and perfectly stable before a trigger press.. and the prep has to be done well before you get to the target. Good stuff, great day!

Last 3 rounds of a great 200 round training session. What an amazing way to end the day.

2 rounds on a 10 yard ipsc, transition to the 25 yard steel mini popper, reload and 2 more rounds back on ipsc. Clean run. All A's.

Attack and control. 6 rounds on a 10 yard ipsc all A's and a 25 yard popper.

Just a personal opinion I suppose, but from my experience shooting iron sights. Ill share a great secret for success. If you are struggling with seeing the front sight being centered in the rear sight notch while staying target focused (generally while shooting extremely fast) its probably because your rear sight doesnt allow for enough light to come through on each side of the front sight (known as equal light) alot of times factory sights line up so there is almost 0 light on each side of the front sight. This might be ok for target shooting but it's horrible for practical shooting.

So on this particular handgun for example the front factory sight is 3.40mm wide and the rear sight notch is 3.50mm wide this allows for .05mm of light to come through to the rear sight with perfect sight alignment.

The non installed replacement sight (green) is 2.77mm wide this allows for about .36mm of light to come through each side of the front sight when the sight is perfectly aligned.

This extra light is important when you start shooting "at speed" because it allows your brain to process alot more information before during and after the shot breaks.

Give it a try sometime if you still shoot the ol irons. Bet you won't be disappointed. 🇺🇲🤘👍
