Our first Tuesday@TheTech of the school year was a success! 🌟

We welcomed 45 students from Marion and Mississinewa high schools for an in-depth look at Ivy Tech’s Healthcare, EMT, and Paramedic Science programs. 🏥

Students heard from Ivy Tech Program Chairs, Chris Jones and Amber McClain, along with a panel of local professionals:
• Max Richardson, The Waters of Hartford City
• Captain Tino Mitchener, City of Marion Fire Department
• Tammy Smith, Veterans Affairs
• David Bard and Jenea Mitchell, Marion Health

The experience concluded with a campus tour and ambulance tour, giving students an up-close look at careers in healthcare and emergency services.

We love welcoming local high school students to Ivy Tech and helping them explore the many opportunities available right here in our community. We hope to see them back on campus taking classes in the future! 💚
