ITS TIMEEEEE!!!!
Join us for another year of this amazing event to help us raise funds for the River Valley High School music department. Thanks to all of your support the past couple years we have been able to get out Tri-M Music Honor Society Scholarship up and rolling. This year all proceeds of this event will be put towards repairing damaged school instruments and every penny counts! There will be live music, student performances, a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, a New Orleans themed dinner, and more. This year we will only be accepting cash at the door. We are currently looking for sponsors to help cover the cost of food, live music, and provide donations to our silent auction. Jessie Bayles contributed so much to River Valley’s music department. As a student she was involved in many music ensembles and was an exceptional saxophone player, singer, and dancer. After she graduated she kept contributing to the music department as an assistant marching band director, Showchoir combo director, and Showchoir director. Jess was an amazing light in the music department and was always there for her students or anyone who needed it. Unfortunately she passed away over the weekend at the age of 24. Her family has set up a go fund me to raise money to cover funeral expenses. If anyone would like to donate it would be greatly appreciated!

This year Tri-M will be doing an angel tree gift drive! The angel tree is created by Salvation Army to allow lower income families to get gifts for their children. The child we are collecting for is an eight year old girl named Leah. Her clothing sizes and wishes are in the picture below. Donating items will receive volunteer hours. Please donate if you can so we can give Leah a good Christmas!
