Eighteen is a milestone age for every child, but children with special needs must be prepared for unique requirements and transitions. As parents, we need to know what to do for our children as they enter legal adulthood. This seminar will cover changes in benefits that are generally available to adults, as opposed to minor children; decisions that parents must make with regard to guardianship and conservatorship; and options for life after school.
