Hi everyone!

Although our Mansfield Middle School Program has been unable to run this past year due to COVID, we are happy to announce that we are back ON and IN PERSON!!

For those of you who are new here, we serve the local community by tutoring 5th through 8th grade students at Mansfield Middle School 1-on-1 or within small groups. We assist with any homework assignments or upcoming projects in all academic areas. We require a semester-long commitment of about one hour a week. Sessions will take place two times a day Mon-Thurs to accommodate for individuals’ varying schedules. You will gain valuable experience working with underserved children and acting as academic mentors. If you are interested in volunteering your time with MMS, please reach out with a DM or via our email for more information and next steps!

**Please note that COVID vaccination and mask wearing is required to participate.

Hi everyone! We are a community organization through UConn and would love to grow our group with more volunteers! See more information below.

As a part of youth development and education at UConn, we serve the local community by tutoring 5th through 8th grade students at Mansfield Middle School 1-on-1 or within small groups. We assist with any homework assignments or upcoming projects in all academic areas. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this tutoring will take the form of remote sessions that have a very flexible schedule. We require a semester-long commitment of about one hour a week. Sessions will take place multiple times throughout the week to accommodate for individuals’ varying schedules. You will gain valuable experience working with underserved children and acting as academic mentors. If you are interested in volunteering your time with MMS, please reach out with a DM or via our email for more information and next steps!😄
