🦝❤️ What a BUSY and exciting day at Blackshere Elementary! ❤️🦝

Today, our students stepped up and spent time meeting next year’s teachers, learning expectations, and getting excited about all the opportunities ahead for the new school year! 📚✨ We are so proud of how our Bandits represented Blackshere today!

Tonight, we had the pleasure of welcoming our newest Kindergarten Bandit families for the 2026-2027 school year! 🎒🍎 Families had the opportunity to meet our amazing kindergarten team, learn what to expect, ask questions, and receive school supplies to help prepare for a successful start! ✏️🖍️📓

🎉 And the winner of the Fill the Pantry Challenge is… IT’S A TIE!!! 🎉

🏆 Amistad and Isibindi both brought in an amazing 345 items each to help fill the pantry!

🥈 2nd Place: Reveur with 245 items
🥉 3rd Place: Altruismo with 108 items

Overall, Blackshere Elementary collected over 1,043 items for our pantry drive! ❤️

Way to go, Bandits!!!! We are so proud of the generosity and teamwork shown by our students and families! 👏

Calling all Faithfuls… and even Traitors 👀

Teacher Appreciation Week is underway at Blackshere Elementary, and it’s not too late to help us spoil our amazing teachers!

We’re still looking for a few more “from the heart” prizes—homemade treats, flowers, artwork, or anything you’re known for. Talents make the best surprises!

You can also “sponsor a teacher” with a small gift card (Amazon is always a favorite!).
