Meet Fable, our canine learning partner!

Fable is an 8 week old standard poodle pup with a lot of personality! She is calm, friendly, and very food motivated. One day she will be a service dog! She trains every day 4 times a day with us and works once every two weeks with a professional trainer.

Small Business Networking Thread (Manhattan Area)

Dm or comment if you’re a small business seeking partnerships with other small businesses for service trading, marketing support, or community building.
Collaborations can range from simple initiatives, such as posting another business’s poster in your establishment, to more complex projects that mutually benefit both parties.

As an example, I attended a regional entrepreneurship workshop hosted by the Flint Hills Regional Council, where participants were paired and had to manage trying to find potential service trades with one another. One partnership between me, a childcare business, and them, an air freshener business, was especially difficult, with my partner even stating it was like “mixing oil and water.”
—However, after lots of consideration, we devised a plan to co-host a workshop where children and parents could create their own air fresheners, with proceeds going to both businesses.
Although we were never able to make it happen, it was a great idea and even greater community building exercise.

Although Adventure Tykes is still under construction 🚧 our founder, Jude, is still looking for kiddos to nanny until the grand opening!

Under Kansas Law, a nanny can care for up to four kids at 35 hours per week per child. This is called a nanny-share!

Currently, Jude only cares for one kiddo who will transition into Adventure Tykes once it’s licensed! But there’s still plenty of room for others! Are you interested in starting with a nanny but transitioning into daycare? Then this might be the perfect solution for your family.
