I’m running a free workshop in a few weeks, called Summer Without Losing Yourself.

Here’s why I’m running it.

This workshop is not about being more productive.
It’s not about optimising your summer.
It’s not a masterclass in time management.

It’s a real, live coaching session where we talk about what’s actually happening underneath the exhaustion, and I give you practical tools to help.

We’ll cover nervous system regulation. The guilt that quietly keeps you dysregulated. The difference between a summer that looks good on the outside and one that actually feels good to live.

And at least one thing you can use before the week is out.

If you’ve been nodding along, this is the next step.

Three questions.

→ Do you find it hard to say no?
→ Do you feel guilty when you let someone down?
→ Do you go out of your way for others, even when it costs you?

Yes? You’re not broken.

You’ve got people-pleasing tendencies — most of us do.

The work is noticing it. Then slowing it down.

Free boundaries guide available. Type “Boundaries” in Comments, and I shall DM the link.

You think your boundary problem is with them.

It’s not.

It’s the 6pm call you said yes to when you’d promised yourself a walk.

The “quick” email at 10pm.

The diary that somehow fills up with everyone else’s priorities before yours get a look in.

The boundary you keep breaking isn’t with your boss, your partner, or your mother-in-law.

It’s with you.

So I’m curious 👇

Where is your boundary most needed right now: work, home, or with yourself?

Drop a 1, 2, or 3 in the comments.

No explanation needed.

The word every woman says after session one is the same.

Relief.

After almost four years running Back to Brilliance, I have seen the pattern.

Relief in one session, clarity in one month,
transformation in three.

On May 18th I am hosting the first session free.

Live on Zoom. No card, no commitment — just 60 minutes that might shift something you’ve been carrying for years.

Last night I had the privilege of co-hosting an event with .

There is something special about giving back the community around me who have given me so much.

It was a wonderful evening of meaningful reflection and through practical and simple tools I guided a an intimate group to work through their roots, their values, their hopes and boundaries.

If you missed this event but would love a chance to get a taste of working with me, join my first session of Back to Brilliance absolutely free on May 18. Link is in the bio.

How can you say yes more slowly?

It’s not about becoming someone who says no. It’s about giving yourself the few seconds you need to actually check in.

Before the next request lands in your inbox, your DMs, or across the kitchen counter, try this:

“Can I get back to you on that?”

Then ask yourself the real questions:
→ Do I have room for this?
→ If I say yes to them, who am I saying no to?
→ Does this fit with what’s already on my plate?

That thoughtfulness about yourself, is where boundaries actually start.

Not in the big, scary “no.”

In the small, quiet pause.

This is the kind of work we do inside Back to Brilliance.

Practical tools that fit into 15 minutes or less, built for women who are already running at capacity.

The first session is FREE. Live on Zoom. May 18th.
