Implement the right things and you can see noticeable improvements in 3 weeks on multiple levels! If you aren't seeing improvements then change things up and find another route to your goal. This could mean finding a good coach, finding a coach at all, researching things yourself, and/or experimenting to see what works best for you! Even the smallest amount of positive work could make a huge difference for absolutely anybody! Go get some progress Swollers!

These are "functional movements" guys! Bending over, picking something up, and carrying things! Not only will they make you a better looking bad but they can help you function through life better when done right!

I've seen people on the internet use Lizzo as an excuse to be unhealthy or destructive. So I started researching Lizzo and it turns out that for a couple of years now she has put herself on a training regime and a diet to improve her performance abilities and her general health...... She is doing it for herself and that's awesome! I highly doubt with all the work she is putting in and her mindset that she wants to be used as an excuse to be unhealthy. A random motivating fact! At least in my opinion!

Swole tip #1: If you are with a person or people that cause you to do negative things or feel negative about yourself they will slow you down in everything that you aspire to accomplish. It could be athletics, art, business, life in general, or really most other things but they will hinder you. I've been there and you probably have too at some point. Get yourself in a good situation and KICK THAT NEGATIVE SH OUT OF YOUR LIFE AND THRIVE! Here's one of the people who keeps me on track! Go find yourself one!
