The beauty industry has done an incredible job convincing people that expensive automatically means better.

Sometimes it does.
Sometimes it absolutely does not.

A lot of affordable haircare brands have massive R&D budgets and cosmetic chemists behind them. Meanwhile luxury brands are ALSO pricing for branding, packaging, exclusivity, fragrance, marketing, and salon distribution.

And honestly?
Hair is not one-size-fits-all.

Some hair LOVES protein.
Some hates it.
Some needs sulfates.
Some can’t tolerate them.

Haircare is way more individualized than the internet makes it seem.

Stop buying products based on shame and start paying attention to how your hair actually responds šŸ’£

If you’re struggling to hire right now…
and your books aren’t where you want them to be…

Your content is hurting your visibility.

You’re posting.
You’re trying.
And it still feels like everything just disappears into the void.

No stylists applying.
No new clients booking.
No traction.

So I created The Salon Attraction Edit.

I’m teaching you how to:
• attract stylists (without begging for applicants)
• book better clients
• and actually get seen using social + SEO

šŸ—“ June 1st
ā° Live class + replay included

And because I turn 40 tomorrow šŸ‘€
for the next 24 hours it’s $40.

After that, it goes back up.

If you’ve been stuck, this is your moment.

I’m gonna say something that might annoy you a little…

Stories are the most slept on tool on Instagram.
Not reels.
Not trending audio.
Not perfectly curated posts.
Stories.

Because stories are where:
-people connect to you
-people trust you
-people decide to book you

It’s the closest thing to real life marketing you have.

And yet… this is where everyone disappears.

You overthink it.
You wait to look better.
You tell yourself you’ll ā€œstart tomorrow.ā€

Meanwhile, the stylists who are consistently booked?
They’re just showing up.
Messy. Casual. Repetitive. Human.

You do not need perfect content.
You need consistency and clarity.

That’s exactly what I teach inside my class Booked on Repeat
how to use stories to actually turn followers into paying clients.

If you’ve been avoiding stories… this is your sign.

Hairdressers…
If your content is getting compliments but not bookings, this is why.

You’re posting pretty hair.
But you’re not posting in a way that makes someone think:
ā€œThat’s my stylist.ā€

The posts that actually convert aren’t louder.
They’re clearer.
They speak to fears, desires, and real-life problems your clients have.

This is the exact structure I teach inside the Playbook.
What to post.
How to say it.
How to turn views into actual appointments.

I just saw one of the most creative color designs I’ve seen in a minute from and immediately ran to the comments like ā€œeveryone better be hyping this UP.ā€

And the first thing I see???

Someone correcting her spelling.

I’m sorry… are we okay???

Like imagine putting that much time, detail, and artistry into someone’s hair and the feedback is… grammar! 😭

Brynn, if you see this, your work is unreal. Like actually next level. The intention, the creativity, the execution… it’s ART.

And honestly? I’ll take a typo over robotic, perfect, AI-sounding captions any day. At least it feels human.

Let people be talented AND imperfect. Damn.

(also pls excuse my feral children in the background 🫶)

Most stylists aren’t inconsistent.
They’re unclear.

You’re posting pretty hair.
But you’re not posting in a way that makes someone think:

ā€œThat’s my stylist.ā€

Bookings don’t come from aesthetics alone.
They come from clarity, positioning, and trust.

This is the framework inside the Playbook.
Prompts. Hooks. Weekly structure.
Built specifically for stylists who want full chairs, not full feeds.

If you’re done guessing what to post and hoping it converts…

Hairdressers.
Salon owners.

Be honest with me for a second.

How many times have you posted something you were proud of…
just to watch it flop?

And then told yourself:

ā€œIt’s just the algorithm.ā€
ā€œI guess people don’t care.ā€
ā€œMaybe I’m just not good at this.ā€

That quiet spiral?

I’m done watching you sit in it.

One of my students went from 29K views to 130K views in 30 days.

Not because she became a different person.
Not because she suddenly got lucky.
Not because she started acting like an influencer.

She stopped posting for validation
and started posting with a plan.

That’s it.

The Anti-Algorithm Playbook is the exact system I use with hairdressers who are tired of:

• Working all day behind the chair and still feeling invisible online
• Posting consistently and seeing zero growth
• Getting likes but no new bookings
• Watching other stylists ā€œblow upā€ and wondering what they’re doing wrong

Inside, you get:

• 5 strategic social media classes
• Messaging formulas built for salon businesses
• Hook frameworks that actually convert
• Organized content structure
• A 30-minute audit call with me so we fix your page for real

This is not about going viral.

It’s about building demand.

And it is only available for 8 more days.

After that, it moves inside the Club.
No standalone access. No replay drops later.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to stop guessing…

This is it.

Let’s build something that actually books.

If your work is good but your chair isn’t full, this is for you.

Before & afters are fine.
But if that’s your entire strategy, you’re blending in.

Stylists who stay booked don’t just post pretty hair.
They post clarity.
They post positioning.
They post with intention.

If you want the exact prompts, hooks, and structures that turn views into appointments…

Comment PLAYBOOK and I’ll send you the link.
Available through February only.

If You’re A Hairdresser And You’re Still Guessing What To Post…

That’s not a creativity problem.
That’s a strategy problem.

These are the exact kinds of Reels that quietly say ā€œBook Meā€ without you begging, discounting, or chasing views.

If your content looks good but your chair isn’t full…
If you’re posting and ghosting…
If you’re tired of dancing for the algorithm…

You need a plan. Not more trends.

That’s why I put everything into the Playbook.
Hooks. Reel formulas. Weekly structure. Story prompts. SEO baked in.

It’s simple. It’s repeatable. It works.

Available through February only.
New content drops in March and this bundle disappears.
