We express our deepest gratitude to the first responders whose extraordinary courage and sacrifice saved countless lives. Their selfless service continues to inspire our school community and exemplify the true strength of our nation.

We have exciting news from last night’s Board meeting! We’re thrilled to announce that Ms. Kari Pliaconis has been appointed as the new Vice Principal of Manhattan Beach Middle School! 🎉

Ms. Pliaconis has been part of the MBUSD family for 15 years, serving in roles such as MTSS teacher, SST Coordinator, and grade-level lead. She brings a strong background in education and a passion for supporting students and staff.

She’s also a proud MBUSD parent!
