Thank you so much for for having me to teach at their first event!! This was truly my favorite experience! Everyone was so strong and kind!! Can’t wait for the next one! If you were looking for an all girls worship group this one is for you, was truly a light and SO inspiring!
Also the lakefront was BEAUTIFUL, let me know if yall have any other lakefront event ideas!!!

✨ Did you know your pelvic floor could be contributing to pain in places you wouldn’t expect? ✨

Many women think pelvic floor issues only affect pregnancy or bladder control, but a tight, weak, or uncoordinated pelvic floor can contribute to:

• Low back pain
• Hip pain
• Tight hip flexors
• SI joint discomfort
• Leg aches and tension
• Foot pain
• Jaw tension and TMJ symptoms
• Neck and shoulder tightness
• Constant “full body” tension and stress

Your pelvic floor works closely with your diaphragm, deep core, glutes, and even the muscles involved in breathing. When one area is overworking or holding tension, the rest of the body often compensates.

That’s why in my Pilates classes, we don’t just focus on getting toned—we focus on breathing, core connection, posture, mobility, alignment, and nervous system regulation. When your body learns to move and breathe better, it can release tension you’ve been carrying for years.

Calling all Working ladies!

I am trying to find the best schedule for all you l ladies with a 9-5!

As of right now I currently teach on Wednesdays at 6:30PM, however I do know yall want other days as well!

I have been tweaking with my schedule as well as class schedules and have come up with this:

•Wednesday @6:30PM
•Thursday Arm Sculpt Class @6:30 VIRTUAL (cheaper class price)
•Sunday Full body sculpt at 10AM

I am also looking into adding more Virtual classes if more ladies are interested!

Cost? Class prices will be $20 per class (for new clients), or $35 for 2 in person, plus $8 per online class!
