Good morning everyone.

It is with a heavy heart that I come to you this morning to inform you that the committee has had to make the hard decision to cancel this event. 😢

Yesterday was deposit day, where we would have to put $500 down to secure the venue in Manchester. Ticket sales have been open for a tad over two weeks and we have a little over two weeks before the original deadline. If the current ticket purchase trend continued, or even quadrupled, we still wouldn’t make our 75 ticket minimum for this event.

Thank you to everyone who voiced interest and purchased tickets. Refunds will be initiated today. Remember, the fees are non-refundable, per the ticket processing company.

Thank you to everyone who has offered to chaperone this event! I love the willing spirit in this group!

At this time, all positions have been filled. We will start introducing the chaperones on Wednesdays starting this week. Our committee wants you to feel free to check out those serving on Facebook so you feel safe leaving your students with us for the night of October 15.

Feel free to put your name below if you’d like to be considered as a fill in if someone currently committed has an emergency and has to step down.

I am super excited to share more exciting news with you all!

📷 She and her husband live in McMinnville.
📷 She has a college aged son who is ridiculously funny.
📷 I’ve lost count of how many half marathons and the like she has participated in over the years, or how many powerlifting competitions she has participated in.

The purpose of this event is not only to have fun, but to reinforce things we have taught our kids from their early years.

✋As a mom of boys, I repeat “there’s a time and a place for things.”

This is the time and the place to dress up a little. Not too much, nothing formal, but just a little. Please select clothing that keeps your integrity, reputation and self-respect in tact. Remember, this is an event that we want to have a great time at and still honor the Lord with our appearance and behavior.

Fellas: Pull out your dress slacks and/or khakis. Please find a collared shirt that you feel good in. No t-shirts, please, graphic or otherwise. Boots are fine given the theme of our dance. If you plan to wear Chucks or the like, please make sure they are clean and tidy.

Ladies: Grab a dress you feel confident in. Please be sure it doesn't come higher than your fingertips when they are in a relaxed state by your side. Shoulder straps should be two-finger-widths wide, please. Let’s keep the cleavage covered, too. 😉Boots, flats, heels…whatever you’re comfortable in. If you plan to wear Chucks or the like, please make sure they are clean and tidy.

The time has come for ticket sales to open up! I couldn't be more excited!

If you haven't watched the LIVE I did earlier, please go check that out first for all the updated details moving forward!

Tickets are $27 plus processing fees ($30.52 is the out the door total I believe). If we have to cancel, the processing fees will not be refunded as they go straight to the processing company and won’t be available for refund.
