Congratulations Brayden for being our June Employee of the Month!

Our Employee of the Month is recognized for his outstanding
dedication, patience, and positive impact here at Sunbeam. He
consistently creates a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel valued and encouraged to grow. His ability to connect with children, families, and coworkers demonstrates the important role men play in early childhood education. Through his kindness, leadership, and
commitment, he serves as a positive role model and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the children he cares for each day.

Brayden Colding started working here at Sunbeam June 1, 2021. The children have benefited from seeing Brayden actively involved in reading stories, comforting children, teaching lessons, playing games, and building strong relationships with families. These interactions help break stereotypes and teach children the importance of equality, teamwork, and respect.
We believe his presence here also strengthens the early childhood profession by promoting diversity and inclusion. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn from caring adults of different backgrounds, personalities, and experiences.

Brayden received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Information and Cyber Security Operations in May of 2026. We are so proud of him and blessed to have him as part of the Sunbeam family.
Although we know, working here is not his dream job but a stepping-stone before moving on to bigger and brighter things. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to watch him grow into a well-rounded young man and we wish him a bright future ahead. Thank you for all you have done to help Sunbeam shine. Keep up the great work!
