THANK YOU, Manassas Park!

Our first Manassas Park Education Foundation dining fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse raised $350 — all of it headed directly to scholarships for Manassas Park students.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out, grabbed dinner, stopped by our table, shared the event, or simply helped spread the word. For a first event, this was such a wonderful show of community support, and we can’t thank you enough for helping us turn dinner out into opportunity for our students.

Join the Manassas Park Education Foundation for Breakfast with the Superintendent on Thursday, October 15, from 7:30–9:00 a.m. at Preston’s Pub.

Dr. Melissa Saunders will share a briefing on the state of our schools and priorities for the year ahead, and guests will have a chance to connect with school, city, business, and community leaders from across Manassas Park.

Tickets are just $25**, and every dollar raised supports Education Foundation programs benefiting our students and teachers.

We’re going into year 2 of a Parent and Community Leadership Cohort here in Manassas Park—a chance for community members to learn more about how our schools work, connect with district leadership, and explore ways to make a positive impact. It’s perfect for anyone who’s passionate about education or considering future service on the School Board, PTSO, or in other civic leadership roles.

This year's meeting dates will at 6pm on the following dates:
October 13
December 1
January 5
February 2
March 9
April 20
May 17
