Anuj built his career across insurance boardrooms, pharmaceutical sales floors, and the education sector, learning along the way how to lead teams, grow markets, and get people rowing in the same direction no matter the business. That range gave him something rare: a leader who can walk into almost any environment and figure out what makes it tick.

These days, he’s applying all of that experience to something new. Anuj leads Hanku’s AI education program in India, building the teams and partnerships that bring real, future-ready skills to students who need them most.

Today, his time is split between campuses, offices, and conferences, building relationships with students, universities, and businesses looking to put AI to work. He lives in Tallahassee, Florida, where you’ll usually find him outdoors: on a hike, in a nearby spring, or at the pool.

Before Hanku, Marvi built a personal training business from the ground up, coaching clients for 3+ years, then turned that into a content platform pulling over a million views a month. That hustle now drives Hanku’s marketing: social presence, creative posts, and real conversations along the way. His philosophy hasn’t changed since the training days: hard work gets you everything.

Outside work, health is wealth. He’s in the gym or on the soccer field, keeping mind and body sharp for whatever’s next.

That mindset started at East Stroudsburg University, where community service took up as much of his time as class did. At Hanku, he lives it out daily, helping students build real skills and walk into jobs after graduation, one relationship at a time.
