🏫 CEU: Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace presented by Vicky Jennings, EBP, SVP-Financial Advisor for Pinnacle Financial Advisors. The course will cover defining emotional intelligence and gaining the skills to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions in the workspace. While recognizing, influencing, and managing the emotions of others to work together in a positive manner to accomplish the common goal. Course will meet learners’ objective of understanding the 5 Pillars of Emotional Intelligence, working through the process to gain benefits of high emotional intelligence in the workplace. Learners will gain the skills to improve communication, resolve conflict, increase leadership skills, team collaboration, improve workplace culture, customer service improvement, make informed balanced decisions, and manage emotions.
