Jack's Guitar Garage Jack’s Guitar Garage is a music education facility focused on guitar, piano, bass, drums and voice.

Our team of instructors sees potential in every student that walks through the door. It’s not a matter of if a student will find their musical voice but when. JGG uses a versatile teaching style that encompasses fundamental skills, creativity, self-expression and fun. Jack Shanahan, owner of Jack’s Guitar Garage, has been teaching guitar for over 20 years. He is fortunate enough not only see many

of his students continue their music education on the collegiate level, but also many students have returned to JGG as a valuable part of our team. These long-term relationships have brought forth the creation of our popular “Rising Rockers” program. This home grown, three book series, introduces younger student to the guitar in a group setting. Giving them a playful atmosphere to learn music through the guitar. JGG has a yearly recital where student get to showcase their development in a live band setting. Now for another photo dump of Rock School Week 5! 🤘🏼🎶🎸🎹🎤🥁
And with that, there's only one week of Rock School left! We can't believe how quickly this summer has been, it has absolutely blown past us.
As sad as we are to have the summer be nearly over, we still had a blast and we plan to make the last week just as fun as the first.

When was the last time you changed your guitar strings? 🎸

If it’s been a few months (or you honestly can’t remember!), it’s probably time for a fresh set!

We offer string changes for just $20 + the cost of strings. We also offer additional cleaning and setup services to help your guitar look, feel, and play its best.

If you haven’t played on a fresh set of strings in a while, we’re confident you’ll notice the difference right away! ✨

If you have a young musician in your family who wants to gain experience playing in a band & performing live all while being in a controlled & supervised setting, they should check out our Ensemble Evolution Program!
Running from September to May, this program will help them learn stage etiquette, they'll gain priceless experience performing, and they may also make some musical friends along the way!
All we ask for is some proficiency on their instrument, as their band-mates will be counting on them!

Rock School is almost over, but it's not too late to sign up for our last two weeks!
Our Summer Rock School is a weekly music program where your kid will be grouped with other kids at a similar age & skill level, and will learn a short setlist of songs that will be performed for friends & family at the end of the week. (Some musical proficiency required)
