Are you passionate about child-centered learning and creating a nurturing, peaceful environment for young minds?

Pleasant Lake Montessori is looking for a dedicated Instructional Assistant to join our dedicated team!

In this role, you’ll work alongside our Lead Guides to support the prepared environment, foster independence, and guide students as they explore the world at their own pace.

Position Details:

Role: Montessori Instructional Assistant

Level: Upper Elementary (4th-6th Grade)

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Pleasant Lake Montessori
