What a fantastic day of training yesterday at Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy! 🚔🎓

A huge thank you to NVCJA for hosting another class of "Beyond Shoplifting" by Police Geek Training Co.! It was a terrific day of learning and collaboration.

We dove deep into the complexities of Organized Retail Crime (ORC), equipping officers with the skills to:
✅ Identify different types of ORC schemes.
✅ Spot bad actors and behavioral indicators before the crime is committed.
✅ Move beyond basic shoplifting enforcement.

Looking Ahead:
🔜 Loudoun County: I’ll be teaching "Beyond Shoplifting" in Loudoun County on December 19th. See you there!
