Every. Single. One.
After much thought and consideration, I have decided to close While You're Out Babysitting on May 1st, 2019.
The process of finding qualified sitters over the last few years has been difficult. The number of sitters that we currently have on board is the lowest it has ever been. More often than not, interviews have been a struggle and they have been with under-qualified candidates that do not meet our set of qualifications and standards.
While there are a few reasons that contribute to me coming to this decision, the main reason is my family. I have given this so much thought over the last year and as our children are getting older I am to the point where I do not want to continue missing things. Although this was a decision that I did not come to easily, I am excited about new opportunities and the time that this will give me with me family.
Thank you all so much trusting us with you children over the last 14+ years. I have met so many wonderful families and am so thankful and proud of what our agency has done over that time. I could not have done this with all the wonderful sitters that have been on board over the years.Thank you ladies, thank you.💓
