July 5th, I turned 47! 2025 is the year I celebrate 30 years in the Holistic Health Field! Yes, you read that right. Raised as a homeschooled intentional thinker, an entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for health and wisdom, I started at the young age of 17.

I’m celebrating the lives I’ve touched in this time and an honored to be known as a bold, unapologetic force in the women’s holistic health field focusing on personal and family transformation experiences and services specializing in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum AND beyond.

I specialize in holistic female health in every season of womanhood. I offer trauma and graced based counseling, education, traditional services, retreats, workshops, extravagant and essential experiences .

The knowledge and wisdom I have gained through these years, has not only come from years of education, certifications, and experience but has been directly impacted by my own personal transformational journey. A journey of successes and failures.

My story includes extreme grief and health issues, traumatic auto accidents, family estrangement, divorce, remarriage, family blending, continuous legal battles, but also triumph, victories, and joy!

Because of this, I show up for you, raw and authentic and ready to meet you where you’re at and furthermore honored to be a part of your unique journey with you, whether that’s for one day or many years
