Big goals for 2019!

Returning to the world of ART & Illustration! Creating! IT’S time!! I’ve put some artistic goals on the back burner for a few years to focus on my babies-I will always treasure that choice! (my little bug is now happily in big school-bittersweet!) but I’m excited to really get back in the studio this year! Eeeek!

Big studio Spring cleaning in January for sure because my inspiration words for 2019 are “paring down”! And years of neglect have taken their toll on my creative space. So, that’s Goal #1!

My mind is buzzing with inspiration and ideas and I can’t wait to see what God does with all of this! Lots of prayer and focus, journaling, writing, illustrating! ❤️

Have to share a photo of an amazing job of hanging your kiddo's art! They are so proud of their work and want to show it off;) a few of these pieces were Picket Fence projects! I love how the colors go together;)

Picket Fence Studio is considering offering a toddler/preschool "Mommy and Me" art workshop this Fall. It would be once per week in the morning! Please let me know if you would be interested in this 8 week class and what day/time works best for you!! Thx;)

Tomorrow we will make "doll food" for our AG dolls! The girls are going to love this. Then we will celebrate with our dolls and have some sweet treats just for the girls;) This camp has been just full of learning art skills, exploring fun materials and making some fun stuff for the girls and their dolls!!

We also did self portraits and learned about some master portrait artists! Then they received tiny easels & canvases for their dolls to do their own portraits! Amazing job girls

Well the girls made some amazing things today at American Girl Art Camp! We made "Mollie Dollies" that turned out so very cute;)
