The Wisconsin MBA is built for your long-term success. These alumni showcase the post-MBA journey across 3 stages: 1 year, 5 years, and 9 years after earning their MBA at the Wisconsin School of Business.
Shuting Zheng (MBA '25) is 1 year post-MBA and currently working as an Associate Brand Manager at General Mills. Every day, she balances granularity with the big picture. Using skills in strategic thinking and analytics, she wields data to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and create informed solutions.
JJ Liter (MBA '21) is 5 years post-MBA and currently working as a Finance Manager at American Family Insurance. Since earning his MBA, he's received three promotions at American Family Insurance where he is focusing on improving long-range budgeting across divisions.
Alexandra Kirk (MBA '17) is 9 years post-MBA and currently working as the Senior VP of Development and Construction at Jamestown. She oversees real estate projects at every stage—with a hand in leasing, redevelopment, and acquisition—thanks to skills she gained in reviewing equity agreements, tenant leases, and contracts.

U.S. News and World Report's 2026 Best Graduate School rankings put our part-time MBA programs among the nation's best ⭐️
Wisconsin's Executive MBA was recently ranked #12 executive MBA program among public universities, while the Professional MBA was ranked the #14 part-time MBA program among public universities.
These rankings highlight a major milestone: These newly revised programs have earned top-tier rankings shortly after their launch.
Associate Dean of MBA and Master's Programs, Blair Nelson Sanford, points out the importance of reimagining our programs: "Our reimagined hybrid programs were intentionally designed to meet the evolving needs of today's professionals, and achieving national recognition at such an early stage underscores the strength of that vision."

Meet Alisa Robertson (BA ‘94, MBA ‘03), President and CEO of the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA). 🌟
In 2025, she stepped into the president and CEO role at WFAA where she continues to support the efforts of over 300 employees in a variety of departments.
“We want to be the best at what we do”, says Alisa. “We want to be the best at building pride and affinity, the best at building a strong alumni network and securing resources. Our exceptional team is very focused on bringing in results”. 💬
