Positive Psychology Fun Fact: When you watch something funny, your brain releases dopamine — the neurotransmitter tied to motivation, hope, and reward. That little hit of laughter literally tells your nervous system, “I’m safe right now.”

Long weekend events for feral midlife women that are based on fun, play, community, creativity, and just getting our SPARK back. 🔥

50 midlife women heading to Montreal for four days of joy, connection, silliness, tiny pastries, possible sequins, and feral main-character energy.

We’re talking:

✨ happiness workshops rooted in positive psychology and real-life skills

✨ a Schitt’s Creek Olympics nobody will fully understand until it’s happening
