Katrina Chantae' I didn’t just survive the hard seasons, I learned how to grow through them. I began to speak about what Hurt me and begin to HEAL. Healing is my business.

Now I help women move from grief, depression, and survival mode into healing, confidence, and purpose. I'm a woman who decided to "Get Up" out of her despair of pain that plagued me for 30+ years. I began to Heal out Loud so others will not feel alone as I had for so many years. I am a devoted nurse of 13 years and passionate about my patients getting well. Now as a Purpose Coach I look forward to

my clients Healing from the mental and spiritual sense and tapping into their purpose. I'm just a woman who helped the little hurt girl inside of me grow up to be the Woman who overcame her brokenness.
