The last few weeks have been a whirlwind🤪

Work has been chaotic, my side businesses have been busy and life has been full.

And while most of the time I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world, these last few weeks have made me pause.

The older I get, the more I realize that I really only want to spend my time and energy on things that ADD to my life.

And the beauty of a few more years of wisdom is knowing … that part is up to me ❤️

So here’s a little bit of life lately - with all the things that make our lives full 🎁

It didn’t happen overnight…

My transformation wasn’t a before/after moment —
it was a thousand tiny choices stacked on top of each other through real life 🫶🏻

I dug my way out of the chaos of young motherhood.
I moved.
I changed jobs (more than once).
I had seasons where I struggled, stalled, and had to start again.
I lost 15 lbs.
And I kept showing up… even when the routines didn’t look perfect.

And that’s the part most people never see:

I didn’t get stronger by doing more.
I got stronger by never giving up on myself.

Consistency has never meant carbon-copy days.
It means showing up in the middle of a messy, busy, beautifully real life —
and choosing the thing that moves you forward, even if it’s small.

The women I coach aren’t looking for quick fixes.
They’re looking for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle
that actually fits into their 30s and 40s…
not something that only works when life is flawless.

The holidays aren’t a lost cause…

Staying consistent IS possible between Thanksgiving and Christmas!

It’s only untrue if you’re trying to follow a routine
that doesn’t fit your real life. 🤷🏼‍♀️

You can stay consistent through the holidays.
You can feel strong and energized.
You can make progress without restriction or guilt.
