The last few weeks have been a whirlwind🤪
Work has been chaotic, my side businesses have been busy and life has been full.
And while most of the time I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world, these last few weeks have made me pause.
The older I get, the more I realize that I really only want to spend my time and energy on things that ADD to my life.
And the beauty of a few more years of wisdom is knowing … that part is up to me ❤️

If you’re waiting for life to slow down before you take care of yourself… you’ll be waiting forever.
I was thinking about that post from yesterday — the one about trying to do it all.
Because I think so many women fall into the same trap I used to:
believing that if you can’t do everything perfectly, it’s not even worth trying.
You let that soundtrack become your entire story — especially right now.
But whether it’s the holidays or summertime,
there will always be another season, another reason, another excuse.
It’s easy to feel like this season is the one keeping you from feeling your best.
The truth?
This is your life.
And if you want to feel strong, confident, and energized — you have to learn how to work with it, not wait for it to get easier.
You don’t need to do everything.
You just need to keep doing the main things.
