✨ An afternoon well spent with Sarah Penner! ✨

The St. Petersburg Alumnae Panhellenic Association had such a wonderful afternoon with local author Sarah Penner, bestselling author of The Lost Apothecary, The London Séance Society, and The Amalfi Curse! 📖

Sarah gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the inspiration and writing process behind each of her three novels, shared stories from her journey as an author, and even gave us some exciting updates on what she’s working on next! 👀

We were also so happy to welcome another special guest, Tara, our NPC Women Alumnae Panhellenic Area Advisor! 💕 It was wonderful having Tara join us and share in such a special afternoon with our Panhellenic community.

It was the perfect afternoon filled with books, conversation, laughter, and sisterhood. A huge thank you to Sarah for spending the afternoon with us, to Tara Wheeler Prather for joining us and Sherri Eden, Donna Kay Cannady Cothron and Donna Mainguth for handling all logistics to make sure everyone had a wonderful time! 🌸

We had a magnificent time at our Meet & Greet this past Monday at the Vantage Rooftop Bar at The Karol Hotel! 💐✨

There is something so special about bringing Panhellenic sisters together to connect, catch up, and simply enjoy each other’s company. Our Panhellenic community is built on the friendships and connections we share across our organizations, and evenings like this are such a wonderful reminder that sisterhood truly extends beyond our individual letters.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a beautiful evening of conversation, laughter, and Panhellenic sisterhood. We loved spending time with you and are so excited for all that is ahead this year! 💕

🏆 SPAPA has some exciting news to share 🏆

NPC Women has shared the 2025-2026 Alumnae Panhellenic Awards. Alumnae Panhellenic Associations are nominated for awards based on their programming accomplishments, work to build positive relationships with their communities, efforts to promote the sorority experience and general administration/reporting.

SPAPA applied and was awarded all 4 of NPC's awards:

⭐️ Community Service/Philanthropy Award - Awarded to Alumnae Panhellenic groups for going above and beyond to develop activities and connections to promote community service and philanthropic endeavors.

⭐️ Enhancement of the Alumnae Experience Award - Awarded to Alumnae Panhellenic groups for providing excellent informational, educational and/or social opportunities to alumnae and developing and executing programs that promote a positive sorority experience

⭐️ College Panhellenic Connections Award - Awarded to Alumnae Panhellenic groups for their volunteer activities, financial support and/or scholarship offerings and connections with a College Panhellenic Association

⭐️ Promotion of the Sorority Experience Award - Awarded to Alumnae Panhellenic groups for their promotion of the sorority experience on the collegiate and alumnae levels
