We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of the 3rd Grade Litter Team at Alexander II Math and Science Magnet School for being named recipients of the Helen Weathers Youth Award presented by Keep Macon-Bibb Beautiful. This recognition highlights our students’ commitment to environmental stewardship, leadership, and community pride. We are thankful for our dedicated teachers who continue to inspire and guide our Einsteins to make a positive impact both inside and outside the classroom. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor!

Another great day Alexander II Magnet School celebrating our little Einsteins‼️

Our Alexander II Chorus had an amazing spring concert this evening! A rhythmic time was had as our students shared their gifts through song, played instruments, and even invited family members in the audience to join in on the melodies. We are incredibly thankful for our outstanding music teacher, Mr. Hudock, and our talented Einstein chorus members for an unforgettable evening filled with music, joy, and school spirit. Job well done! 🎶🎤🎼

Ms. Ammons’ Kindergarten class enjoyed learning and exploring in the outdoor classroom on this beautiful Monday, where smiles, curiosity, and hands-on experiences made for a wonderful day of learning at Alexander II Math and Science STEM Certified Magnet School.

Marvelous Monday celebrating our Pre-K and first graders on Awards Day! They did GREAT!

Today at Alexander II Math and Science STEM Certified Magnet School was more than a visit — it was a reminder that true impact never leaves the halls of a school. Former Alexander II Einsteins returned as proud 2026 graduates, walking the same halls that helped shape their journeys. Two beloved former principals, whose leadership left lasting imprints on the hearts and minds of so many, returned as well, bringing with them memories, wisdom, and love for the school community.

The day became even more meaningful as a former principal made a donation to the school, with the special moment captured beside the garden named in her honor — a living symbol of the seeds she planted that continue to grow year after year. The building was filled with smiles, tears of joy, warm hugs, laughter, and positive energy flowing from classroom to classroom, leaving lasting impressions on both staff and current students.

Moments like this remind us that the Alexander II legacy is not simply built within walls, but within people. Oh what a beautiful day it was 🥰

It was great to see Dr. Linda Bivins & Walsetta Miller as well as ALL the seniors for Senior walk thru day at ALex 2! Many thanks to MS. miller for her generous donation towards our school garden that is named after her‼️
