Learn to listen and listen to learn.

When a boat starts taking on water, you don’t normalize the leak — you fix it. Strong teams don’t minimize problems, look the other way, or hope someone else will act. They acknowledge the issue, take ownership, and work together to keep the whole team afloat.
Culture is shaped by what we allow, and great leaders refuse to normalize what puts the organization and team at risk.
