The WIU Exercise Science program pairs evidence-based coursework with hands-on labs and clinical partnerships to train future leaders in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, research, and wellness. Students build their skills in assessment, program design, and outcome evaluation to advance care, performance, and scientific inquiry in clinical and athletic settings.

Western Illinois University's Economics program is STEM-designated and AACSB-accredited, providing students with strong analytical, quantitative, and ethical training to tackle complex economic problems.
