This week, our athletes voted on the teammate who best demonstrates the first of the 21 Ways to Be a Great Teammate from The Hard Hat by Jon Gordon — “Sweat More!” 💪🐾

“Sweat More” is all about giving your best effort, putting in the extra work, and being willing to go above and beyond for your team. Great teammates understand that hard work isn’t just about making themselves better, but about making the entire team stronger. They lead through their work ethic, dedication, and willingness to give 100% even when no one is watching.
